Hi guys. So today I was at victoria's secret and while I was browsing the make up aisle, a silver nail polish that was on the edge just fell off and hit the floor. In one of my OPI nail polishes, the shimmer has separated from the rest of the polish and sits on the bottom. How can I suspend the shimmer the way it should be?

EDIT: I should have clarified, I've tried shaking and rolling it around to mix it but it doesn't work. I've never used the polish before.
